Support Worker Documents
Writing up with you a set of tasks you would like your support workers to do with you on shift.
Making it easier for you and support staff to know what expectations there are.
This is useful for new supports coming in and for defining the roles of current supporting people. These documents can be uploaded to Hireup, if you use this platform, so your whole support team can see them at any time.
If there is more than one person in the household who needs support we can write a separate section for individual people and their supporting team. Everyone then knows what is expected, every shift. Any of these can be laminated if you require. I personally have them on the fridge for easy access, for everyone to be able to use on shift.
